Holistic advice is offered on all areas of life. Whether one seeks general help, or wants to specifically focus on a subject. All levels of existence - Body, Mind and Soul - are included. We are ‘Individuals' and require therefore Individualised advice.

Holistic Health Advice ~ has a strong emphasis on taking into account the many areas in our life's where imbalances can arise or manifest. Dowsing does not claim to have all the answers, but most certainly can be a signpost, pointing in the right direction. For that reason and if necessary, will Clients be referred to other professionals.

Food Allergy and Intolerance Analysis
establishes which foods create problems. Includes: analysis for Candida overgrowth, Parasites, Toxicity, deficiency of Vitamins, Minerals and Tissue salts . This non-invasive form of Allergy Test may also detect sensitivities or tendencies in advance, sometimes even before they have developed.

Drinking Water Quality Analysis
establishes the quality of your water supply and whether it is healthy drinking water. If appropriate the right means of how to filter or neutralise will be dowsed. Please supply a water sample.

Nutrition & Dietary requirements
the appropriate and suitable foods are established. Usually a dietary plan is devised, containing foods, minerals & vitamins (tissue salts) that are required. The appropriate time span will be acknowledged ~ considering seasonal and therewith physical changes. If appropriate, recommendations will be made for other nutritional supplement also including, herbal support, Bach flower remedies or a vibrational remedy.

as we spend 1/3 of our life in bed, it is important that we get the rest we seek. Bedstead, bedding, place, direction, and colours, materials play a role as does the decoration of the room and any accumulated clutter.
